How South Bay Pest Pros Works
South Bay Pest Pros is a free referral service. We do not perform pest control. Our role is to connect homeowners across the LA South Bay with licensed, independent pest control providers who serve their city, and then step out of the way so you and your provider can handle the work directly.
What we do β and what we don't
We are a matching service, not a pest control company. That distinction matters because it shapes every part of how we work:
- We do not inspect your home, apply any treatment, or set prices.
- We connect you with an independent, licensed provider who serves your area.
- The provider you are matched with performs, prices, and stands behind the work.
Because we are not the ones doing the treatment, anything about what a job will involve or cost comes from the provider after they have looked at your specific situation.
The matching process, step by step
- Tell us about the problem. Use the request form to share the pest you are dealing with and your ZIP code. It takes about a minute.
- We match you. We connect your request with a licensed, independent provider serving your South Bay city.
- Your provider contacts you. They reach out to arrange an inspection, walk through your options, and give you a price for the work.
From that point on, the relationship is between you and the provider. They schedule the visit, explain what they found, and quote the job.
Why the service is free for homeowners
Our matching service is free for homeowners. Providers pay to be part of the network, so you are not charged anything to be matched. There is no obligation β if the provider's quote isn't right for you, you are free to walk away.
Your privacy
When you submit a request, we share it with a licensed provider so they can contact you about your service. We explain exactly how your information is used in our Privacy Policy.
