The Site operates a referral and matching platform that connects users seeking pest control services with independent, third-party licensed pest control providers ("Providers") operating in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County, California.

We do not perform pest control services ourselves. Providers are independent businesses, not our employees, agents, contractors, or partners. We do not supervise, control, or guarantee the work performed by any Provider.

2. No warranty on provider services

While we take steps to verify that Providers hold a valid license at the time they join our network, we do not warrant or guarantee:

• The quality, safety, timeliness, or outcome of any service performed by a Provider
• That a Provider's license, insurance, or certifications remain current at all times
• That any Provider will accept, complete, or honor a service request

Any agreement for pest control services is solely between you and the Provider. Pricing, scheduling, guarantees, and service terms are set by the Provider, not by us, unless otherwise stated.

3. Eligibility and accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, current information when submitting a request. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a request.

4. Consent to contact

By submitting a request, you consent to being contacted by us and/or a matched Provider regarding your request. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is used and shared.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, South Bay Pest Control and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Services performed (or not performed) by any Provider
• Property damage, personal injury, or any other harm arising from a Provider's work
• Delays, errors, or failures in the matching process
• Your reliance on any information provided on the Site

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with a Provider's work is to address it directly with that Provider.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of pricing estimates, service area coverage, or Provider availability.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and design, is owned by or licensed to South Bay Pest Control and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
