South Bay Pest Control Cost 2026

A one-time general pest visit is published on this site at $150–$450. A 2026 Los Angeles pricing guide lists that kind of visit at $150–$300. Quarterly plans on this site are $150–$300 per visit. Termite fumigation for a typical home is published here at $2,000–$6,000. Ant treatment on this site is $150–$400.

Those figures come from local providers and from published pricing guides. They vary. They are not a quote for your house. South Bay Pest Pros is a free referral service operated by West LA SH LP. We do not inspect or treat, and we do not set the price. The quote comes from the licensed company you are matched with, after that company looks at the property.

Ranges already on this site were last reviewed September 2026. Outside guides were checked October 11, 2026. Each outside figure below links to the page it came from.

Price ranges by pest and service

The first price column is a range this site already publishes. Where this site has no number, that cell says so. The second column quotes other published pages and links each one. When two sources disagree, both numbers are shown. Nothing here is an average we made up.

What changes the price

A published range is a band other companies and guides have put in writing. Your number depends on the animal or insect, how widespread the activity is, the size and construction of the property, and the method. A Sand Section cottage and a Rolling Hills lot are not the same job. A spot termite treatment and a fumigation are not the same job.

Gophers, moles, and ground squirrels are the clearest example. This site’s guides for gophers, moles, and ground squirrels do not name a dollar figure, because we will not invent one. The table quotes companies that have published their own prices. Those companies are not quoting your yard, and neither are we.

California Business and Professions Code section 8550 makes it unlawful to engage in structural pest control as a business without a Structural Pest Control Board license. South Bay Pest Pros is not that licensee. Ask the company you are matched with for the license, and check the name against the state license search. How to read a license is covered in the licensing FAQ and in what to ask before you sign.

City write-ups that already draw searches include mole control in El Segundo, gopher removal in Manhattan Beach, and termites in Torrance.

Cost questions

How much does pest control cost in the South Bay in 2026?
This site publishes a one-time general visit at $150–$450 and a quarterly plan at $150–$300 per visit. A 2026 Los Angeles pricing guide lists a one-time general visit at $150–$300. Ant treatment on this site is $150–$400. Termite fumigation for a typical home is $2,000–$6,000. These are published ranges, not a quote. The licensed company you are matched with sets the price after looking at the property.
Who quotes the job?
The licensed company you are matched with. South Bay Pest Pros is a free referral service operated by West LA SH LP. We do not inspect, treat, or set prices. You pay that company if you hire them. You do not pay us for the match.
Does South Bay Pest Pros inspect the property?
No. We do not inspect homes or yards, and we do not offer an inspection. Some pest control companies advertise a termite look at no charge, and published guides list a basic termite inspection from no charge to $100, with escrow reports higher. Whether the company you are matched with charges to look is their policy.
Why do two South Bay quotes look nothing alike?
The pest, the size of the property, how far the activity has spread, and the method all change the price. An ant visit and a whole-house fumigation are different jobs. Published ranges from different companies also disagree with each other. Compare the written scope, not just the dollar figure, and confirm the California license before you hire.
How much does termite work cost?
On this site’s termite page: spot treatment $250–$1,500, subterranean treatment $800–$3,000, and fumigation $2,000–$6,000 for a typical home. Pest Control Pricing’s 2026 Los Angeles guide lists subterranean treatment at $800–$3,000 and tenting at $2,000–$6,000. LA Pest Pros lists fumigation up to $12,000+ on larger homes. South Bay Pest Pros does not quote termite work.
How much do gopher, mole, and ground squirrel jobs cost?
This site does not publish a price for those three. Rodent Guys publishes residential gopher removal at $300–$800 and residential mole removal at $350–$900, and ground squirrel work starting at $400. LA Pest Pros lists gopher control at $150–$500 per yard. Those are other companies’ published figures. The company you are matched with quotes your yard.
